Caught in a moment of collective stillness on the graduated banks of Moon River, a crowd of figures go about their afternoon business. A disgruntled opossum practices taming an enormous hellbender, while a snake-eyed mushroom farmer let’s the salty air infuse their latest varietal. Further up, a mother electric eel meditates on the birth of her tiny squigglies, while a pair of three-eyed albino sperm whales breach the bubbling magenta waves. Additional characters internalize their individual mission and look out into the extraordinary landscape with renewed resolve and curiosity.
