Sweet eco-warrior, Thistle, sits cross-legged on a tiny tuft of green. She was happily enjoying the spiderwort blossoms when a beastly spider pops out of no where and bites her arm. Luckily for Thistle, she has everything she needs in her tiny environment to heal her wound.
These works are inspired by the Benjamin Rush Medicinal Garden at the Mutter Museum in Philadelphia, PA. It is my intention to illustrate the entire garden with sweet eco-warrior children and the magical healing qualities of the plants.
